Style After 60 · Good Clothes, Worn Well
Open the wardrobe door and know exactly what to wear.
A 28-day plan for women over 60. One small task a day, most of them done in your own bedroom with the clothes you already own. On the last day, you tape a single card inside your wardrobe door with everything on it.
Launch price ends Sunday 15 November. Then it goes back to $29.
Be honest
Does this sound like your wardrobe?
It was never you. It was the clothes.
Style After 60 shows you what to keep, what to let go, and the short list of good things worth owning. Most of it you already have.
- A rail full of clothes, and nothing to wear on a Tuesday.
- The black that made you look smart for years now makes you look tired.
- Things bought for the woman you were ten years ago.
- Trousers that puddle, jackets that swamp, and a fleece you live in.
- Style books so big they went on the shelf by page forty.

A letter before we begin
Dear reader,
I want to tell you why this book is short.
Most style books for women our age are enormous. They are full of rules, and by page forty you are tired, and the book goes on the shelf beside the others. I didn't want to write another one of those.
This is a plan, not a library. By the end you will know your colours and your proportions, you will have edited your wardrobe without regret, and you will have a short list of good things worth owning.
I am English, so I will be honest with you. You do not need to look younger. You need clothes that fit the woman you are now, in colours that light your face, made well enough to last.

How the plan works
Four weeks. One small task a day.
Each day takes about fifteen minutes. You buy nothing until Day 21, and then only what's on your own Gap List.
From Day 9 of the plan
Same woman. Same morning.
Nothing new was bought for either of these. Each change takes less than five minutes.

A navy jumper, a white collar and straight trousers. The new outfit is no less comfortable. It simply has a line.

The same black jumper, with something kind between the black and the face. Solved without buying a thing.

Questions
Before you buy
Is this a printed book?
No. Style After 60 is an e-book: a 60-page PDF. You can read it on a tablet, computer or phone, and print the worksheets and the Wardrobe Card at home.
How do I get it?
As soon as you pay, a download link arrives by email. Save the PDF to your device and it's yours to keep. If you can't find the email, check your junk folder, then write to us.
I'm not very good with computers.
If you can open a photo someone has emailed you, you can open this. The type is large, and each day's task is one page.
Do I have to buy new clothes?
No. Most of the plan uses what you already own. You buy nothing until Day 21, and then only the gaps on your own list.
Will it work for my size and shape?
Yes. The plan works from your own measurements, colouring and proportions, not from a dress size. The rules are about line, colour and fit, so they hold for petite, tall and fuller figures alike.
I don't live in England.
That's fine. Most readers are in America, Canada and Australia. The size charts cover UK, US and EU sizes, and there's a page translating British wardrobe words.
Who is Eleanor Ashby?
Eleanor is the AI-presented host of The English Wardrobe. Her portrait, photographs and voice are AI-generated. The advice is real: practical, long-established British habits of dress.
